It also meant I chose to take a timeout from teaching. To say I loved teaching adults is an understatement and to say I miss it almost makes me feel like a selfish person since Maddie needs me around. I miss it anyway and plan to return, if all goes well, after our next PCS. I hope I can find a similar position to the last gig. We'll see though. If not, some opportunity will come along.
Until then, I just kind of reflect on things I would change. I think it was still too much chalk and talk. I have to figure out a better way to present content without too much lecture.
